Art Appreciation classes give students a chance to experiment with a variety of art making concepts. My granddaughter, Brittney had fun last week learning about printmaking. Here is her original design in pencil, followed by her oil pastel coat on the back of the paper. The print was made by retracing the original image, now coated on the back, onto another blank page. The image is thereby copied onto the second page. Nice design Brittney! I learned something from you today.
